If your DCV purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within one month (30 days) of purchase. To return an item, the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. You may return the item to the DCV store by mail.

REDEMPTION

The order total includes the price of the product(s), sales tax (if applicable), shipping charges, and any other charge reflected in the applicable order total. If the order total is more than the e-Gift Certificate amount, you must pay the remaining balance with another payment method. The order total will immediately reduce the e-Gift Certificate balance. Upon redemption, any unused balance on the e-Gift Certificate will be available for future eligible purchases.
